Cresta has completed a wide range of industrial projects over the last 35 years and the following are some examples of our capability for delivering innovative solutions to meet our clients requirements.

Hydro Slides Cresta has manufactured and installed 42 hydro slides in 23 complexes throughout New Zealand. Examples can be seen at Greymouth, Hanmer Springs, Mt Albert, Papakura, Upper Hutt, Hastings, Waitakere and many other locations.
Drylands Winery – Blenheim Cresta has created a unique insulation system for stainless steel tanks used in wine production. Composite Thermaclad© is an insulation system designed to meet the requirements of the wine industry utilising the high insulation value of P.U. foam and the durability of high gloss corrosion resistant fibre reinforced plastics (composites). It can be retro fitted to tanks providing the ultimate in thermal insulation for hot or cold requirements. These easily installed, UV stabilised and removable panels come in a variety of colours and can be seen at wineries throughout NZ.
Sewerage Treatment Plant  - Bromley The significant environmental issues faced by this plant were offset by the roofing in of the treatment facilities. At the time this roof was the largest free standing sectionalised roof of its kind in the World.
Wind Turbine Nacelles Cresta is very proud to supply Windflow Technology with the nacelles for their innovative 2 bladed wind turbines. The demanding engineering requirements of a wind turbine have required Cresta to produce a high quality solution manufactured using the latest infusion technology. This was the largest vacuum infusion project of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere.
United Fisheries – Architectural Panels The United Fisheries head office required Greco style friezes and columns that reflected the owners cultural roots. By utilising Cresta's design expertise we delivered the authentic look of limestone without the weight and cost of using the real thing.
Department Of Conservation - Bridge The DOC team was  faced with an isolated location that prevented the use of traditional materials, Cresta developed a bridge solution that delivered excellent load bearing capability, reduced maintenance combined with significant weight advantages.
Christchurch Hospital - Tunnel A significant challenge was faced when an underground tunnel linking hospital facilities was built. Cresta designed and installed 680 removable panels that lined the rock wall. This solution delivered numerous benefits in the aesthetic look, ease of repair, access to cabling and utilities as well as fire resistance  through using a phenolic resin
Hydrotherapy Pool – Wairau Hospital A custom built hydrotherapy pool was constructed for the Wairau Hospital in Blenheim. This high quality pool is providing significant therapeutic benefits for hospital patients in the Malborough region.
